Welcome to Demandu LLC, the leading SaaS service for creating and managing chatbots, online stores connected to WhatsApp, and multi-agent platforms. We invite you to carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our services.

1. SaaS Service and Monthly Plans:

Demandu LLC offers SaaS services that allow for customized creation and efficient management of chatbots, online stores integrated with WhatsApp, and multi-agent platforms. We offer various monthly plans that adapt to each user's needs.

1. Payments and Cancellation:

Payments are processed when subscribing to one of our plans through a digital or face-to-face meeting, where the most convenient payment method will be agreed upon with the user, whether it be automated subscription through the Páguelo Fácil platform, bank transfer, or Yappy on a monthly basis.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please send a request to contacto@demandu.tech with the title "Cancellation". The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

In the case of activating WhatsApp messaging services through our bot system, it is important to note that Demandu S.A. does not charge any extra for these services. 1. Privacy and Data Security:

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. For details on how we handle personal information, we invite you to review our Personal Data Policy.

1. Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights associated with Demandu LLC, including but not limited to software, design, and content, are registered under the name of Demandu LLC.

We are committed to providing quality service, but it is essential to recognize that some aspects of our platform may depend on third-party services, and in such cases, any issues should be addressed directly with the corresponding provider.

1. Terms of Use:

The use of our services must comply with the rules established by Demandu LLC and those of META. Demandu reserves the right to immediately deactivate services if misuse is detected. Spamming or any activity that may affect the integrity of our services is prohibited.

1. Database Management:

The company is only responsible for managing the database it owns but is not responsible for the management of the database handled by the client. This means that the client sells, transfers, or exchanges client data.

The company does not approve any of the aforementioned data management, and therefore only responds for its own actions and not those of third parties.

1. System Failures:

The company will not be responsible for failures in the global system (Internet, Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon), as it depends on these global systems to provide the service to its clients. In this sense, it cannot be held liable for the aforementioned or for failing to fulfill its contractual obligations.

1. Contractual Clauses:

Every client who subscribes to or requests the service of the company will be contractually bound to all obligations and policies handled by the company. Non-compliance by clients will result in an immediate judicial claim by the company, making the obligation liquid, enforceable, and overdue (executive title).

1. Modifications to the Terms:

Demandu LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified through appropriate means.
