Payment and Cancellation Policy Demandu LLC

Automatic Payments

 

Payment Processing:

All payments on the Demandu platform are automatically processed through Stripe, a secure and reliable payment platform.

 

Free Plan:

Upon registration, all clients begin on the Free Plan, which offers limited feature access without the need to enter any payment information.

 

Access to Paid Plans:

To access paid plans, clients must select their desired plan within their Demandu account and provide credit or debit card details.

 

Recurring Billing:

Once payment information is entered, Stripe will manage recurring payments according to the billing cycle of the selected plan. Charges will be automatically applied to the registered card on the renewal date.

 

 

Plan Upgrades and Add-Ons

 

Plan Changes:

Clients may upgrade or change their plan at any time from the Demandu dashboard. Any plan change will take effect immediately and will be prorated based on the current billing cycle.

 

Additional Add-Ons:

Clients can purchase add-ons such as extra live agents or additional conversation bundles based on their needs. These add-ons will be added to the customer’s invoice and reflected in the next billing cycle.

 

Payment Management:

All additional charges are handled through Stripe and applied to the registered payment card.

 

 

Costs Associated with External Integrations

 

Meta (WhatsApp):

Demandu allows integration with external platforms such as WhatsApp via Meta. Any cost related to the use of the WhatsApp Business API, including campaigns, conversations, and other services, is managed directly through Meta. OpenAI (ChatGPT):

Demandu also enables integration with AI services like OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Any costs associated with using ChatGPT or other OpenAI services are managed directly through the client’s OpenAI accounts. Pricing and additional details can be found at OpenAI Pricing.

 

Note: Demandu has no control over, nor is responsible for, any additional costs incurred through these external platforms.

 

 

Additional Services and One-Time Fees

 

Chatbot Creation and Custom Services:

None of Demandu’s plans include chatbot creation by our team. We provide tutorials and resource materials so clients can build their own chatbots.

 

Personalized Support Services:

If clients wish to have our team build chatbots for them, we offer additional services such as chatbot creation, WhatsApp Flow setup, mentorship sessions for WhatsApp campaign creation, and Meta Business configuration and verification. These services carry a one-time fee of $75 USD. Payments and cancellations for these services are handled directly through the Stripe link provided by Demandu.

 

 

Subscription Cancellations

 

Cancellation Process:

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their Demandu account and selecting the cancellation option in the subscription section, or by sending a request to contacto@demandu.tech with the subject “Cancellation”.

 

Effective Date of Cancellation:

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Services will continue until the renewal date with no additional charges.

 

Refund Policy:

No refunds are issued for unused days within the current billing cycle. Clients will retain access to plan features until the end of the billing period.

 

 

Payment Security

 

Financial Data Protection:

All payments processed through Stripe are protected by advanced security technology, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of customer financial data.

 

No Storage of Payment Data:

Demandu does not store credit or debit card information, as all payment data is processed directly by Stripe.

 

 

Costs and Cancellations of Additional Services

 

WhatsApp Stores and Other Services:

Additional services such as WhatsApp Stores are paid for and canceled directly through the Stripe link provided by Demandu. These services are subject to the same cancellation terms and are non-refundable.

 

No Refund Policy:

All payments for additional services and add-ons are final. No refunds are offered once the transaction is completed.
