Terms and Conditions of Services Demandu LLC

1. SaaS Service and Subscription Plans:

 

Demandu LLC offers SaaS services that enable the personalized creation and efficient management of chatbots, online stores integrated with WhatsApp, and multi-agent platforms. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans designed to suit various business needs.

 

 

2. Payments and Cancellation:

 

Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed via Stripe, ensuring secure and transparent transactions. Payments must be made through the Demandu platform and are billed in U.S. dollars (USD).

 

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the platform or by sending a request to contacto@demandu.tech with the subject “Cancellation”. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

 

Additional Services: Additional services, such as WhatsApp stores, are paid for and canceled directly through the Stripe link provided by Demandu LLC.

 

 

3. Additional Services and Costs:

 

Chatbot Creation and Custom Services: None of Demandu LLC’s plans include chatbot creation by our team. We provide tutorials and resource materials so that clients can build their own chatbots.

 

Support Services: If you would like our team to build chatbots for you, we offer mentoring sessions for WhatsApp campaign creation, setup, and Meta Business verification. These services carry an additional one-time fee of $75 USD.

 

 

4. Data Privacy and Security:

 

Demandu LLC is committed to protecting users’ privacy and data security. The collection, storage, and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the United States and Panama. 5. Intellectual Property Rights:

 

All intellectual property rights related to Demandu LLC, including software, design, content, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Demandu LLC. Any unauthorized use of these rights is strictly prohibited.

 

 

6. Terms of Use:

 

Use of our services must comply with the rules established by Demandu LLC and those of META. We reserve the right to immediately deactivate services if misuse is detected, such as spam or activities that compromise the integrity of our services. 7. Database Handling:

 

Demandu LLC is only responsible for managing the databases in its possession. We are not liable for the misuse of databases handled by the client, including the sale, transfer, or exchange of customer data by the user.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability:

 

Demandu LLC is not responsible for failures of the more than 60 third-party services (Internet, META, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Google) with which we offer integrations. Since our service depends on these global systems, any interruptions or contractual non-compliance caused by such services is outside of our responsibility.

 

 

9. Service Availability and Maintenance:

 

Service Interruptions: While we strive to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee services will be error- or interruption-free. Demandu LLC is not liable for losses or damages resulting from temporary service interruptions.

 

Updates and Improvements: We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily or permanently discontinue any part of our services with or without notice.

 

 

10. Contractual Compliance:

 

Users who contract services with Demandu LLC are required to comply with established policies and terms. Non-compliance may result in legal action, considering the obligation as liquid, enforceable, and due (Executive Title).

 

 

11. Confidentiality and Security:

 

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. Demandu LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to comply with this obligation.

 

 

12. Technical Support and Assistance:

13. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

 

Demandu LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant modifications will be communicated to users via appropriate means such as email or platform notifications.
